今　読書中　Ex 33　（出エジプト33章）

気になった　聖句

33:3

あなたがたは乳と蜜の流れる地にのぼりなさい。

しかし、あなたがたは、

かたくなな民であるから、

わたしが道であなたがたを滅ぼすことのないように、

あなたがたのうちにあって一緒にはのぼらないであろう」。

33:3

Unto a land flowing with milk and honey:

for I will not go up in the midst of thee;

for thou art a stiffnecked people:

lest I consume thee in the way.

かたくなな民　とは　言われたくないように

小さな努力を　　　　いたします

33:5

主はモーセに言われた、

「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、

『あなたがたは、かたくなな民である。

もしわたしが一刻でも、あなたがたのうちにあって、

一緒にのぼって行くならば、あなたがたを滅ぼすであろう。

ゆえに、今、あなたがたの飾りを身から取り去りなさい。

そうすれば

わたしはあなたがたになすべきことを知るであろう』」。

33:5

For the LORD had said unto Moses,

Say unto the children of Israel,

Ye are a stiffnecked people:

I will come up into the midst of thee in a moment,

and consume thee:

therefore now put off thy ornaments from thee,

that I may know what to do unto thee.

主は

二度も　かたくなな民と　言われました

それほどに　民の心は　　乱れていたのだろうか

33:4

民はこの悪い知らせを聞いて憂い

とありますが

心配や　悲しみや　嘆きは　　　　　何から出るのだろう

また言われた、

「しかし、あなたはわたしの顔を見ることはできない。

わたしを見て、なお生きている人はないからである」。

33:20 

And he said,

 Thou canst not see my face:

 for there shall no man see me, and live.

33:23

 そしてわたしが手をのけるとき、

あなたはわたしのうしろを見るが、

わたしの顔は見ないであろう」。

33:23 

And I will take away mine hand, 

and thou shalt see my back parts: 

but my face shall not be seen.
